Hi, I never post but I do like to read and have a nosey round the forum.
I would like to give a big shout out to Sweet Squared for their excellent customer service.
I had a problem with my led lamp so called SS on Friday to report the problem. A new lamp was with me less than 24 hours later. Not only that, I didn't have the hassle of going to the post office and returning to old one. The courier collected it for me. How excellent is that.
Not just the customer service but the deliveries too. When I place an order you can always garuntee next day delivery. I am so impressed with this
I have emailed in the past to let SS know how pleased I am but on this occasion I think you should all know.
