I have a client wanting extensions fitted, she had her baby 10 weeks ago, i wanted people's opinions on if this is okay to do? i thought it would be as its not straight after having the baby,
but i think my trainer said you should not apply extensions on clients who are 6 months or more pregnant or have had a baby in the last 6 months :/ any opinions would be great

the hair sheds a lot after pregnancy, other than that i see no reason not to do it.

I'd like to know why your trainer thinks this? Sounds like she might be getting confused with chemical processes during pregnancy. No reason whatsoever why you can't apply them but explain to your client that her hair is likely to start postpartum shedding during the time the extensions are applied which could make her natural hair seem thinner when they are removed, and that the removal might take longer than ususal.
