Extensions- advice please

Hey all, am thinking of getting extensions, but I have no idea which type to get?? The girl has mentioned,Cinderella & Connect hair extensions, A+ Remy hair, Pure A+ Human Virgin hair and micro rings. She has mentioned she does lots of types but uses best hair 100% human.
Does anyone know which would cause less stress and damnage to my own hair? x
