Eyelash extensions - pillow

What does everyone use under they clients head when doing lashes? I was taught not to put anything there but as I've only just started there taking a while and clients are getting uncomfy. ATM ime just using a folded towel when they want something but does anyone use a pillow??

My bed has a face hole in it and it has a little pillow that fits in the hole perfectly (came with the bed) I think a very soft pillow would be fine that way they arnt up too high but they have support around their head

I use a pink leopard print cushion, it's very soft. Just like the square type that you use too put on the bed xx
