Eyelash picker

Hi, a new client has contacted me, she's desperate for eyelash extensions, but picks her own lashes so doesn't really have any! She said she has 5 per eye, just the end ones. What can I say? Recommend using strip lashes and try not to pick?? Every time I go to write something I feel it comes across as rude lol help!

I would explain that she needs more lashes for the treatment and can't get extensions until her eyelash growth improves and with extensions you can't pick the lashes, recommend an eyelash serum like revitalash. X
