There are some really good videos on youtube about waist training. Ive wasted way to much time watching them all.
Avoid sit ups like the plague.
Plank, plank, and plank again. Leg raises, functional exercises (kettlebell!) HIIT cardio.. reality is though, abs are made in the kitchen so reduce salt, increase fiber and good fats, decrease simple carbs
