Hi All

I have a really stupid question, i'm doing my first luxury pedi today, and have just bought a foot masque from OPI. My stupid question is how do I apply it??? Do i use a brush, use my hands...do i wrap it up in a towel for 5 minutes or cling film and then a towel???

Any advice greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Hi for my luxury pedicures I apply with hands and wrap in cling film followed by towels. The heat will allow for greater absorption and will prevent your towels from getting really mucky.

Thanks, thats what I thought. Much appreciated :green:

I apply my mask with a mask brush as I just find it nicer for my client. Cling film is a hassle. Get yourself some liners and get some cotton booties and put the feet inside them. Just simple things like that just look a bit more proffesional xxx

Where can I get the liners from? And I found out tonight that yes, cling film is a bloody hassle and a half..lol

i brought a small soft bristle paint brush as my facial brush mask was too small but the small paintbrush does the job lovely and its quicker, the normal mask brush can be annoying for clients with tickly feet!!!

I use heated booties too...love them x

LOL ... http://www.salonsdirect.com/ I get mine from here but you will get them from any beauty wholesalers like capital etc. They will also do the cotton boots to put over the top. Hope your pedi went ok! xxx

I use heated booties too.
FYI.............Ellisons have an offer on them at the mo !

Thanks all, the pedi went great, really nice client. I'm going to have to invest in some liners, the cling film was a nightmare, such a faff. Thanks for your help.:green:
