I mainly do sculpt and I have been getting asked for coloured tips leading up to christmas. I have bought a couple of the ez flow boogie night packs and was wondering the best way to apply these. Do you just do your free egde with the colour instead off white or as normal with a white and then a lick of colour over the top? Also how does this affect maintenance. IE they want a different colour.

Thanks in advance.

For glitter tips with Boogie nights....I tend to sculpt a thin layer of clear to get my length and shape. Then I do my smile line and cover the sculpted tip with my glitter colour. You can then use pink or clear in zones 2&3 and to encapsulate the glitter powder so you don't file into it when finish filing.
If they want to change colour at their maintenance appointment you just need to file back down to the thin layer of clear and redo in a different colour OR with sculpts you could always file the tip off and apply forms and redo in a different colour, this way is great if you have extended the nailbed and want to take it down a bit too.HTH

If you were to do a colour fade then u would use lighter colour on the 1st set..then just introduce a new one at the rebalance for your client to give them a new look....hth:hug::)
