Hello lovely Geeks, i have another question for yas- hope ye dont mind!:o

I am qualified in gel and was wondering whats the best brush to get?

I have looked through the forum for similar posts but none that were relevant to this.

If it helps any, a work with IBD and i have the IBD brush but i want to try out a new brush that will help me when creating smile lines and will last along time. The IBD brush is a flat squared brush which isnt that great in helping to create the perfect smile.

All suggestions welcome and much appreciated!

Thanks

sorry i cant actually answer your question but thought you might be able to answer mine.
Im looking for some new nail art brushes, flat brisle ones like a gel brush, so was thinking of getting a gel brush, how do you think they will be with acrylic paint and water?

I use Light Elegance gels and I really like their oval brush. It is smaller so I feel I have more control. They also have a smile line brush. All their brushes are very reasonably priced. I also like my dashing diva gel brush for gel application. It is a #4, but I stick to a small brush like a #2 for smile lines.

I wouldnt advise the use of a gel brush for nail art, your better to keep gel brushes for gel and not to mix.

your best bet is a sable brush for nail art, as it works better with acrylic paints i find.
