Hi Everyone. Im just about to do a part time nail course at college. They offer courses in gel and acrylics...im not sure which one would to go for...any advice would be much appreciated Thanks

Was advised by many to train in l&p first as this is trickier. Almost everyone told me that. HTH

I would agree.I think knowing L and P helps you much more when learning other systems but not so much the other way round.

There is also the fact that more people request L&P services than any other so it is easy to get started in business.

Oh, and take a tip from me ... while you are learning, really learn from someone who knows, how to PAINT nails with polish. So many new technicians DO NOT HAVE THE FIRST CLUE HOW TO PAINT PROPERLY BECAUSE THEY HAVE NEVER BEEN TAUGHT HOW.
