Gel toes

Hi all i ve not been doing nails for years and see gel on toes is popular.

Can anyone give me advice and tips and if they use alot of these coloured gels?

Do you use soak off gels only or if not what gels do you all use?

Im doing some new courses with essential nails and ive done gel course with star nails but would like to offer gel nails for toes, what is the main benefit with having gel toes?

Any advice would be appreciated

gels are flexible and ideal for toenail overlays even when feet are in shoes as opposed to sandals.
for maximum flexibility i prefer a soak off gel like lechats nobility.

what do you usually charge for gel toes and how long does it last for ?

i charge £25 and it lasts 6 weeks or so, just grows off really so when the nails are shortened theres only a bit left on the free edge and they need re doing.

how do you sell it to clients, is gel toes the latest thing or is it because it helps keep them strong plus the colour doesnt wear off

what gels do you use? ive seen some on a website called light elegance plus the ones on essential nails

We have loads of clients with gel toes.

Most of the clients go 3 weeks between fills on their nails and every other appt have the feet done as well.

We use traditional hard gels - after 6 weeks, they are almost grown out, so by the time you shorten the toenails (if they haven't done it themselves already) you only have a bit left to file off.

We charge £25 in our salon which is the same price as our pedicure.
The clients have it because it lasts 6 weeks without chipping..etc, they can have nail art set in it if they want and best of all is that they don't have to sit there waiting for it to dry!!
