Glitter gels / Twinkle toes

do creative do coloured gels with or without glitter in them?
the tech that works at my salon would like to have a go at twinkel toes and i was wondering which brand of gel to get for her to have a try with? xx

check out the ones from lechat.

i would recomend the nobility soak off gels for toes as the highly flexible formula is more resistant to cracking if they are in hard shoes or get knocked about a bit.

there are some lovely glitter ones available or use the plain ones and add one of the lechat glitters over the top.

Brisa gels come in frost, shimmer plus some opaque colours - best to contact Sweet Squared for further details.

Just sprinkle the glitter onto the sticky layer after doing your base in brisa, then apply the top gloss coat,
its as easy as that,
much easier to stock lots of different glitters than lots of different gels,
but you can mix the brisa coloured gels with the brisa shimmers or frosts if that helps :hug:

does she have a qual in pedicure? i ask as lots of nail techs 'do toes' when they nail is actually different and there are different things to take into considerstion that all and if anything went wrong she may not be covered. NSI do a hollywood toe course for £50 and im not sure what the requirements are but its something to think about thats all xx

hi yes she is qualifyed in mani/pedi too she also does theb hollywood toe nails but the glitter toes is all new too us and when i looked at the nsi glitter gels there wasnt many different colours.

louby that sounds good wheres best place to get the glitters frm?

I get mine from craft stores and make up stalls,
the make up stalls ones are good, they come with an inner lid that has lots of little holes in so its good for shaking onto the nails with out emptying the whole tub, hth :hug:

Hi you could also try the glitters from paul at facadebodyart. I use them for my glitter tattoos and for all my glitter toes and nails as the quality of the glitter is so good. They come in hand little tubs and the colours are absolutely stunning.

I use NSI - I just sprinkle glitter over the tacky layer of the first coat then do the top coat - that way you can have lots of different glitters as someone said above
