Glitter nails experts pls read

My nail tech uses Calgel, she does tips and overlays, not sculpt. I'm not trained in the Calgel, but tech quite fancies doing glitter designs.

Does she need training for this? Where do you get the products?

And any other advice would be great.

Feel she's getting a bit bored and want to spice things up for her. xx
