Going from white blonde to golden blonde.

My hair is currently white blonde and getting in fairly bad condition due to the bleach so wanting to change to a golden blonde.
What's the best way to do this? As put a base on it then a colour but 3 weeks later it's all washed out.
We have done it again this morning but it's now went more of an ashy tone.
Anybody else tried going from white blonde to golden blonde?

What colour did you use?

It was 11n on roots and 9n on rest. Using gold well

That's why then, these are green based neutral colours which is why you look ashy! And 11n is a high lift

Give your hair a good wash and it should come out, if not run some bleach with warm water over quickly! No peroxide! That will pull the ash out, if your worried use BG instead of BA
