Good red hair die!

Hello

I used to have black hair and was sick of it! i then had it stripped with a red/copper die on. Now i just top it up with eather semi permamnt red die fro sallys or live hair die but it dosent seem to get aye reder! and have to die it every two weeks if i want it to stay red.

Will i need my roots stripped to keep it red?
What red hair die is the best for dieing and where can i get it?

You would be better going to a professional salon and getting some advice. It is very hard to give colour advice over the internet when we can't actually see your hair, we could get it wrong!
