if you have a grievance or complaint about work 'whats the propper' way to resolve it?

i've verbally mentioned it...nothings changed.......whats the way forward?

Small company...no union etc...and even worse its family

Thats the worst when its family because sometimes they take you for granted don't they!!!
Hope you get it resolved hun kim has given you a good website to get information. Cab is another one I don't know what else to suggest.
