I've started doing the cluster eyelash extensions and am having trouble finding a good glue:cry:.I used the salon services one on a girl recently and the eyelashes only lasted like 3 days!! I read somewhere that someone used hair extension bonding glue for their eyelash extensions and I'm just wondering has anyone else done this or heard of this??
Or could someone reccomend a good glue which lasts about 2 weeks with the cluster eyelash extension?
Thanks xxx

You are going to find that cluster lashes never last as long as single lash extensions because they are applied singularly to the existing lash, however 3 days does seem awefully short.

What adhesive are you using? Is it supplied by the same company that you get the cluster lashes from?

I would ONLY use the adhesive that is recommended and safe for eye lash extensions. You are dealing with a very sensitive area of your client and working very close to the eye. I dont know much about Hair extension adhesives but i would have thought that fumes and odour are not much of a problem there compared to working so close to the eye.

I would suggest you ask your lash supplier as they would / should be able to supply you with the right adhesive for the lashes.

3 days to 7 days is average for the cluster lash adhesive,
if your client has been wearing eye-liner, using an oily eye make remover, or getting any face creams near to the lashes that you have fitted this will all shorten the life span of the adhesive used,
because the cluster lashes are heavy on your natural lashes they are not intended to last 2 weeks as this would just damage the natural lashes and cause them to fall out sooner than their natural life span, hth
