Half red half white

Today I went on a walk in sun bed like usual. But tonight I noticed that the whole of my front is white and the other half is red raw. The tan line right down is clearly visible. What is going on? Would the back part have been stronger?

I guess they may have changed the tubes in that area only.Have you got anything on your back area only, cream or something else or are you on any medication especially some antibiotics.
