Hard soak off gel??????

Hi

I've just completed my basic training in acrylic and have done a conversion in gel, i love the gel and i'm just getting my kit together, i've been using The edge acrylic and have been getting on well with it so decided to buy a trial pack of gels from the edge and see how i like it!
It doesn't state whether or not it is a hard or soft gel so i e-mailed them to ask, she told me that it is a hard, soak off gel!! i was taught that hard gel if buff off and soft gels are soak off!!! which is right???

I have never used The Edge gels... so please anyone correct me if I am wrong..

But I THINK what she meant was.. it is a soft gel ( soak off gel ) which is hard in strength.
