HELP! Bohyme from 1 stop hair question..

I have just ordered some 14 inch bohyme hair in colour 16 from 1 stop hair. The reason I bought from there was that celebrity elite don't stock 14" in colour 16.

I've just spoken to someone off of here (who I trust) and they have said that if celebrity elite don't stock it, then the hair I get from 1 stop hair won't be bohyme.

Has anyone else ordered bohyme from 1 stop hair that celebrity elite doesn't stock? And if so, did you get bohyme hair?

Hi,
I ordered the stick tip that doesn't seem to be on the celeb elite website and it was fine, I had 1 stop hair on my list of recommended suppliers of Bohyme hair from my training provider.......so i guess it is genuine!?

It's really odd because I called 1 stop hair this morning and they said it was definitley Bohyme and that they get it from celebrity elite.....yet celebrity elite say they don't sell it.
The plot thickens!
I guess I will find out when it arrives!
I really hope it is the right stuff as I'm not entirely sure how I could prove that it wasn't if it comes in the correct packaging etc.

Well...I have just spoken to 1 stop hair again (I must say that there customer service has been excellent!) They explained that celebrity elite are not 'really' suppliers to stand alone businesses, although you can get hair direct from them (which oftern works out a bit cheaper). They are more involved in supplying to other wholesalers, and when they do, the range is a lot broader.
He has promised faithfully that the hair I receive will be Bohyme Celeb Elite colur 16 in 14", and I must say that at this stage I have no reason not to believe him.
It is a shame that 1 stop hair charge more than celeb elite as if it was the same price I would always go to 1 stop. The guy is incredibly pleasant, patient and helpful on the phone and good customer service isn't always that easy to come by.

I'll update again when the hair arrives on Thursday/Friday.

I always order from Celebrity Elite, infact one of my clients recommended I ask for a discount as he ex husband does hair extensions mobile and gets a discount on top of the already cheaper prices! I haven't gotten round to calling them up and seeing if thay can offer me a discount. I did say to her but i don't order loads and loads with me only doing it part time but she said well he did and he wasnt ordering loads! maybe it might work giving them a call, would certainly add a little bit more to the profit per head!
 
I used to get a discount when I first started ordering from Celebrity Elite and then they stopped doing it, to be honest the customer service and the attitude is terrible.

A couple of weeks ago I wanted two packlets of a particular colour and I spoke to her and she said they had it in stock but could I order it off the website, I said no as on the website the colour wasnt on the drop down box that I wanted, she went on to inform me that I needed to put the details of the colour I wanted in the information box, I said no I dont want to do that and that the box with the added information is a complete waste of time as they dont read that. She also told me that the colour I had requested was on the drop down list and I said it wasnt, she did eventually take my order and took payment and I insisted that the parcel goes to my delivery address and not my studio address, she gave me a big speech about that it has to go to the card holders address which is utter rubbish as they have always delivered it to my delivery address. The phone call went on for 10 to 15 minutes and her making every excuse under the sun for not delivering it to my delivery address. In the end I asked her why she had insisted that I order from the website and that I was a business and had ordered from her previously and I should be treated like any other business and they dont order via the website. She told me that they place big orders. I just found the whole thing a bit ridiculous, I very bluntly stated that as small business I am not as important as a large business and left it at that.

Good points: hair is fantastic

Bad points: website needs updating, customer service needs to be 100% its presently minus 100%.

Dont expect a discount as I dont think you will get one. But if you do then let me know and I will get back on the phone again ask for one aswell lol
 
I got told to put the colour i wanted in the info box, I did and it turned up ok......can't remember which colour it was though...I found that 1 stop hair are a bit hit and miss on the hair they have, I've ordered the stick tip before but when you drop down the box there's only about 4 colours in stock and what they did have they only had one pack in stock so I ended up cancelling the order and getting the client to switch to a different brand.
