Help, my nail art spots on top of Bio Sculpture seem to smudge

I recently painted 2003 coral bio colour cured it then added number 3 snow white spots all over the nail then cured then added my finishing layer s gel but as I was puttin it on the nail some of the spots were smudging not on every nail but on most why was this doing this please can help give me any advice ?? Thanks

This suggests it didn't cure properly... Were the spots of gel quite thick?

No not really I just used my dotting tool to do them ... It's abit strange ... I did notice the client had put her hand all the way to the back of lamp would that hav made a difference do u think ? Thanks x

The only reason can be that it was under cured.

hu hun wipe the resude off the final colour layer before appling nail art , that will stop it. the nail art is spreading with the tacky residue layer xx
