Help needed regarding hair colour

I'm a qualified hairdresser (19years)
Have one client been using illumina
9/60 top under colour 6/19.
First application great but tone fading so quick tried pastel and anti fade colour baths . Wella helpline tells me I'm doing everything right which is reassuring , but still not happy with results .
So today bleached under neath lifted well but still warm so toned used 9/60 then /81 hair just not taking on tone as it should ended up using pure mix tone with water and 9% it was fine in the end but really stressed !!!! Anyone help or advice

Why did you use pure mix tone with water and 9% over prelightened hair?

Already used illumina 9/60 then /81 to set shade and tone but hair just won't except tone like it should so mix tone as last resort

I don't understand what results your trying to achieve?
Are you putting this on all bleached hair? Or highlights? Are you using this as a toner?

Sorry for not being clear was stressed lol. My target after lightening was 9/60 but was still to warm so used /81 to kill warm hair just will not grab hair ( it's half head under colour ) tops great lol
