Help with broken gel nail please

Im reasonably new to gel (using NSI balance) and i have a set of gel nails on myself. Yesterday one broke all by itself whilst i was looking at it (only joking, I caught it on a drawer LOL) It hasnt broke off completely, but has a split across it where the tip is, or rather was stuck! do i have to buff the whole thing off and start again or can i just overlay it with more gel? I know the tip is the 'scaffolding' but wasnt sure i could do this?

Just thin out over the broken area each side of the crack until you have a trough all the way along and no lifted areas.

Then re-apply. You do not have to buff the whole enhancement off.

Whoops ..... I didn't mention to sanitize etc but presumed you knew all that ... but I keep telling everyone else NEVER presume or make assumptions!!
