help with fills

Hi everybody!!! I'm a newbie from the States. I can't believe how everyone in this site is so helpful!!! By using the link from here to young nails, my smile lines are perfect now. I'm so exicted. I am having a problem though with bubbles in my acrylic (the pink) i'm using creatives retention, and i've played around with the ratios and even heated up the monomer and nothing is working, any suggestions?
Also when i go to to a fill i can't seem to file it enough to get the lines to disappear and it looks bad! Please help, any advise.

What powder are you using with your retention+?
