help with level 3 facial electrical unit

Hi,

I am currently studing L3 Beauty Therapy and I am writing an assignement on facial electrical treatments.

I have search the internet to find information on where it originated and how it has progressed through recent years, I am not finding anything specific!!
I am stuck on the introduction which I need to draw up a timeline of previous years and how the industry has progressed.

To my understanding this assignment has been in the course for many years, can anyone help point me in the right direction or offer any information that will help???

If you have recently studied this can you advise how you approched it etc!!!

Anyone currently working with facial electrical equipment with knowledge or informtion about the profession would be fab!!
