Hi iv just recently past my nail tech course from college which took a year. Now iv passed where do I start?? a lot of salons will only take on nail techs with 2 years experiance. I would really be thankfull if somebody can tell me how they started and what advise have they got for us newbies starting out xx

I think you just need to keep practising, and getting your time down, and if it is a salon job you want just keep applying and sending in your CV. I think it is a bit unfair of salons wanting 2 years experience, and they should really give you a Trade Test, as your nails could be as good if not better than an experienced tech!( who may also have picked up a few bad habits during the 2 years lol )

Practice, practice, and more practice. Also try to find more classes. The more practice and education you have the better your nails will be and the faster your book will build
