im newly qualified with Hi Brows but I'm struggling removing the wax as it it feels a bit like vas aline after application (the strip doesn't bond strongly with the wax). After removal, the majority of the hair has not been removed and there is still some wax leftover on the clients face. I am unsure weather it is a low quality wax (soft facial wax from HiBrow) or if i am making a mistake, can someone help please!!

Is your wax hot enough?
Are you waiting between applying wax and applying the strip?
Firm pressure rub up
And down. Pull skin taught and pull firmly.
Small bits of left over you can press the strip back on and it’ll pick them up.
If hair is too short wax won’t grab it and you’ll need to tweeze.

If you are just newly qualified maybe contact your trainer as he/she should be able to help with more suggestions? They know the wax and would know what you might be doing wrong (could be just something small or simple that is causing the issue) x

Thank you so much for the advice, and no i don't wait before applying the strip - how long would you recommend to wait for?
