I'm feeling very housey today and want to make some meals I can freeze and get out on days I can't be bothered to cook! Any ideas?

Good old shephards pie?

chilli / spaghetti bol

curry / hotpot / stew

Yes, as above, chill con carne seems to freeze and reheat really well without loosing any flavour.

lasagne, shepherds pie, chicken stew, toad in the hole brown the sausages slightly add oil to the dish and yorkshire pudding mix, freeze, then you can pop in the oven for 45mins...done

I always make twice as much so that I can freeze them as a convenience food when I get home

Beef stew and home made vegetable soup.

I cook up chillis, curry, spag bol etc put them in those foil containers (like the ones you get from takeaways) and pop them into the freezer!

A nice lady at M&S/Asda cooks and freezes them for me.
