The salon that I started working at hasn't had a nail tech in quite sometime so they weren't sure of the going rate for a set of acrylics. I was thinking about 25 Us dollars which is just over 16 GBP.

I was curious as to what you ladies (and gents) normally charge?

I think that £16 is too cheap to be honest... however, you could do an introductory offer of full sets to get clients through the door, and/or do a 'recommend a friend' offer.

I charge 40€, which is approx £36 for full sets and 25€ (£22) for rebalances, but I will be increasing my rebalance price by a couple of euros in the spring.

If your work is good then your clients will stay with you

Hi I am in Australia..

I charge $55 a full set and $40 white tip infill / Rebalance. I am one of the cheaper salons.. some of them in my area charge up to $65 for a rebalace. I am dont feel that my clients would stay with me for that high price..

Hi Ella,

When I was in Florida (two years ago) the going rate for a set of p/w acrylics was $65 a set and $40 for an infill (high end) and $45 a set & $30 infill/rebalance at a nail bar.

Thats probably a good going rate for TN I would think, unless you are in really out in the woods, then I might bring it down a bit, but never below $50/set in the city or $40 in the woods.

For natural I would reduce it $5 at the most. Do Not Undersell Yourself.

Good Luck
Nancy
