Hi , I posted a thread a couple of weeks ago about an appointment I had for my first nail bitter. Well all went well, and she actually booked in for a two week appointment infill.:)

Im keeping my fingers crossed she keeps her appointment this week, and has done well with her nails.:)

Ive told her she will need infills this week, which will cost ****,now say she has lost any of her nails , would I charge individually for nail repairs, say if shes lost two or three...(hopefully not.).with an infill charge on top,as obviously I wont be doing an infill on the lost ones?

Im a bit confused as to how to price this one so any advice would greatly be appreciated.xxx:rolleyes:

Well done, glad it went well for ya!

Not quite sure what you mean though.....if it was a 2 week rebalance, I'd charge for a 2 week rebalance plus any extra for missing nails....I provide 1 nail free in my rebalance price and charge £3.50 for any others that need replacing.

I'm no expert on these things but if my clients have any repairs by the time the 2 weeks is up for their infils then I charge £5 per nail coz this takes a lot of time after all and time is money a little tip is tha you say to your client that you will garauntee (cant spell it) for 3 days free repair after that you charge ..... whatever your fee may be the trouble with nail biters is that they still bite the extension I have a client that does just that and expects a new sey of nails every two weeks which I jave had to put a stop to as it just gets silly and her nails are soo damaged:rolleyes:
