sorry, I forgot to say I burn lemon essential oil. thanks for the advice! So I guess I just can't book anyone after her then?
 
If you can't book anyone after her then why not let her go? If she smells that bad that you can still smell her after 2 days? :cry:
 
Air purifiers work pretty well. That, and some spray air neutralizer. In some smoke shops, there may be some smoke eater candles for sale. Don't know if the candles work, they may be worth a try :)

This is a tough one as I am sure you don't want to offend, you may have to have a chat with her. Either that, or book her as the last client of the day on the weekend so you can air out the shop for a couple of days.

This post brings me back to when I was an assistant and I would shampoo clients hair like this, with ciggie breath so nasty I felt like I wanted to yak.
