Get no energy dips

Truthfully NEVER felt hungry

Get no food cravings for bread/cakes/biscuits


No shakes/bars/dodgy stuff

Have dropped a dress size and while still some way to go on my eternal quest for a more shapely figure, this has been a FABULOUS kick-start!


There's me thinking it's something new I've discovered and I bet loads of you do it already.

Anyone? (No I'm not selling anything lol)

Whatever it is.... I will do it haha I need to lose a stone in 10 weeks (plenty of time so this would be a good kick start) although, if it's the suggestion above... I may struggle, my fiancé lives 300 miles away hahaha x
