I need some help with gel please!!!!

so usually I do this, after prep and tips

• bonder gel cure
• builder gel cure
• wipe
• buff
• color gel/french cure
• top shine gel cure
• wipe

now I want to do colour gel and put canes or dried flowers on it, so I thought of doing

• bonder gel cure
• colour gel, place cane or flowers

and then? do I have to wipe or buff or I can put builder gel on sweaty layer? and continue steps? I cannot figure out what I should do.

dont wipe, do builder gel then cure.
file to shape and wipe clean then topgloss and cure.

ok thanks, so I can put colour gel on cured bonder gel, than cane or flower, cure, builder gel cure etc.etc. Am I right?
