HI!
I am experienced in biosculpture and am now going to start offering IBD gels as a stronger option for some clients.
I'd like some experienced ppl to tell me a little about applying the gel polishes since I am used to the bio gels which I apply very thinly. Do I apply one thick layer of IBD gel polish or 2 thinner layers?? How do I keep it looking natural but even. I've seen it done with one thin layer and then one thicker layer.
Also, do I need to apply clear gel before and after???
Any recommendations for a good nail dehydrator to use before??
Thanks So Much.
Anna

I personally prefer to apply thin layers - as you would nail enamel - until i get the colour depth i want and then i put on a sealer such as glaze & go or IBD's Ultra Seal to keep it looking bright & shiney.

You do need a base, so on a nno you apply clear gel first but if on enhancements apply to the non shiney surface.

As far as dehydrators, you can still use your bio one or even give them a swipe of acetone but IBD do their own but i think most are much of a muchness. (but i could be wrong!) Hope that helps. x
