If I am IBD trained can I register to buy from S2

hello have just completed my IBD 4 day gel beginners and 1 day soak off course and have booked onto Orly mani and pedi course next month, I am just curious as to once I have my certificates would i be able to purchase from S2 obviously not creative gels etc, Also once I have my Mani and Pedi quals is IBD training sufficient enough to purchase minx or will I need to do creative manicure etc..

You will be able to buy everything except liquids & powders for enhancements and the gel range,
