Im now a premium geek still cant upload pics?

Hi iv just subscribed to be a premium geek which i am excited cos i thought i could show you some pics,just tred to do this and its says my pic files are too big:cry:.Is there a way of doing this probly i need to downside my photos but havnt got a clue where to start,has any geeks got any info on this please?
