Informal job interview!

Hi Geeks
I have an informal job interview tomorrow at a beauty salon ( located in a leisure centre )
The interview will be performed in the restaurant, I am not sure what to wear!
Should I wear my uniform or causual smart ie black trousers smart coat etc.

I have been self employed alone for quite a time so was wondering what questions to ask?

Even though it's casual I would still dress fairly smart or in work uniform/tunic x

I would definitely go in uniform, better to be overdressed than underdressed
