Hi,
I had a lovely lady phone me earlier asking if I could do a manicure on her relative who is going to be 94 on Saturday - as a birthday present. To cut a long story short, she took my details and prices etc and said she would get back to me as to what treatment they would like her to have. I was wondering how I stood as regards a client declaration form (depending on how able the lady is). She is deaf - I know that - but if she were not able to sign for any reason, how would I stand on insurance? Could I get a relative to sign - would this be acceptable? Sorry this sounds very condescending and rude towards the lovely lady. (really not meaning to be:o)
