Is a 'Lifestyle Incentive' promotion worth participating in?

I've received a letter today offering me the chance to participate in a Lifestyle Incentive promotion. They work with companies such as Sony, O2 and Panasonic and the customer can choose a reward including Beauty/Nail treatments. The client would book a manicure with me foc and give me the voucher, I would then send the voucher to the company who would pay me £15 for every mani done.

Question is, has anyone done this before and is it worth it? I've done a search but didn't unearth anything...... Anyone got any advice for me??
