Hi guys & gals,

Havent been on this for a while. But currently out of work and just been for an interview with nails inc- as a deputy manager (within house of fraser)

it went very well & have been asked back for a second interview, was just wondering if anyone works for nails inc or has done in the past.

what are they like to work for -what about the salary (they said they would discuss this with me at next interview with the area manager) and what the bonus is like?

anything you can advise would be much appreciated.:)

Hi I have never worked for them but I just wanted to say well done for getting through the first part and good luck for the second hope you get the job x :)

Thank you sharon!thats very nice of you, it was quite nerve wracking but went well had to do have a set of acrylics, then a french paint & normal paint on the other hand. The a full interview with the manager & have to go back to see area manager on wednesday. its my dream job, employed so you are guaranteed a salary & working in a lovely enviornment in house of frazer , just worried that salary may be a bit too low for me. she mentioned that there is a bonus scheme too, but not sure how good this is. obviously could earn more if self employed but not guaranteed the work etc & as this is more a managerial job i would get a variety of managerial & doing nails.

thanks again & if anyone knows anythingmore about the company get in touch!
xx

how exciting for you good luck for your second interview.

I have and I dont really have too much praise for them as a company tho the products are nice to work with and the commission scheme works well if your location is a good busy one.
Its mainly a retail job with nails thrown in - every client you have you MUST retail to, its not difficault as the locations are high traffic department stores and they have good offers - BOGOF, gift packs, loyalty schemes.
I learnt alot about selling from them some good some bad - no experience is bad experience so well done and good luck
