Just starting out- advice needed!

Hi,

I am looking to start a career as a nail technician please can anyone offer me any advice, where to study (recommendations of courses) i would prefer a short course i think and then build on experience.

The best thing to do is use the search tool and enter training or go to frequently asked questions. Or you could go to the links then education and that will give you a list of training companys and some info on them

My advice would be to research the nail companies, decide on the nail system you want to train in, use the search facility on this site and read as many posts as possible, nails isnt cheap to set up and training is the most important part and the most expensive and its so easy to be ripped off, also keep on asking questions and we will guide you as much as we can.

Do lots of research on this site and reasearch the company you plan to train with in depth, be very careful who you part your cash with as some of the courses are not worth the paper they are written on regarding insurance, after advice, follow on courses etc...

If this is to be a life time career for you its really worth investing in the best education you can afford, or waiting until you can afford the best.. HTH's
