Hi Sarah,
Yes, I have heard of Karaja & think they are great. Jica - Welcome (Algologie & Lash Extension ) have always distributed them but having just looked at their new updated website, there's no mention of Karaja.
There was an article in one of the beauty journals this month though looking for a distributor so maybe Jica don't do them anymore. It's worth giving them a call though as they will probably still have stock.
They have an eye pencil called Glitter Chick which is fab, as is their mascara.
Perhaps Glamour Beauty would know more about Karaja as she works for Jica.

I use it and really like it. The eyeliners are awesome. The colours are great. I have not used their foundations though.

Jica still have some Karaja items in stock but are winding it down, so it will have a new distributer later this year.
In the meantime it's worth getting in touch with Jica to see what they have left as the brand is really good.
