Does any1 have problems with moyou plates when using with a konad stamper? Mine r always smudged slightly or the design is not fully opaque (has gaps etc) i can stamp without any problems when i use my konad stamper with konad plates!

If using gel polish would you apply the prep etc. then 2 coats and then use the specialist polish and then gel top coat or do you just use a gel polish colour for the stamp?

Does that make sense??

I stamp over a completed service (so all the way to topcoat) Wipe tacky layer, then stamp on top with stamping polish, or a good nail polish that stamps, then seal your design with another layer of topcoat and cure.

Gel polishes are too thin to stamp with, I've found xx

Just an update on an earlier post of mine! I've finally received my neon stamping polishes from a company in Mexico - most of their colours stamp over black which is amazing! Here's a few swatches. I only bought 5, but have ordered another 10 today!

Neon orange
Neon Pink



Neon Green
Neon Yellow



Neon Blue (doesn't stamp over black)



Excuse the stamping - I was doing it quickly! Also, a little goes a long way! I'll be doing a video with these over the weekend,

Thanks for the review on these Sarah, just bought 10 of the mini ones including the neons so can't wait to to give them a try, also bought 26 bundle monster plates on Friday including the beautiful paisley pattern one you did a tutorial with, I'm obsessed ha! Xx

Hey geeks

Went to Sally's today to get bits and bobs and they have konad nail polish and stammers in there...has this always been the case?? Handy for me but just annoying as it's also available for clients to do themselves at home!!

I bought mine in a full kit with 16 colors and all plates they had out at the time with 3stampers rhinestones, glitter all accessories needed to do nails in a cute butterfly case , I found it in the mall at a kiosk. No license required!

I can't crack doing the reverse pattern on the opposite hand!! I saw it done by stamping then stamping from one stamper to another then to nail (does that make sense?) I can not do it for love nor money....is that how everyone else does it? X

Can anyone help?? My auntie (also a nail tech) bought the moyou stamping plates. We've tried them out today but it's not working By not working I mean we've put the polish on the plate then used scraper but when we put the stamper on it's not picking anything up. Does anyone know why please? I've also ordered some so not sure what's gone wrong?

Which stamper are you using? Some stampers need to primed before use.

Also, MoYou plates are very deeply etched and need a bit more polish than say Konad or Bundle Monster.
