Konad nail art stamp

i have brought one of these and i am just woundering can you use normal nail paint or does it have to be the Konad nail paints?

I use normal polish on mine. The only problem with that is that if you have a dark polish underneath the designs won't show up very well. As long as the base polish is light no problems. I'll post some pics online.

It also works very well with all of your old thick polishes--so don't thin them or throw them away!

Thank you for your comments. I was always wondering if thickened polish would work. I had a feeling it might. The social group is fairly new.
