Ewwwwww ... I'll pass on that one if you don't mind!

We cannot help if you dont give us an idea. You might need to see a doctor.

I want to lance milia - couldn't budge the wee blighters on my clients today - but i didn't force them cos I knew that you can lance them - but not sure how!

You may want to check with your governing body about this. When I did my waxing course recently I was told that you could no longer remove ingrown hairs with a needle unless you had an electrolysis qualification as you are lancing the skin and you are not qualified to do this. You would also need a sharps box to put the lance in.

With Millia its all down to having the right tools to do the job.

We jad to be assessed on them at college and the trick is to be gentle and work slowly with them. I tried with a sterile electroloysis needle first and if that didnt do it then I used a lance that has a pointed end on it - the other end was for removing blacheads.

Make sure you work sterile and wear gloves for this though as you will be breaking the skin.

did a few of my husbands and he had the millia for years!

Leave any Milia around the eye area well alone though. This must be done at a clinic specialising in this.Sometimes they will use Lazer.
