Lash extension problem

I was wondering if anyone could shed light please.

I did my boss’s lash extensions yesterday and they were watering but no problems.
Today I’ve gone into work and it’s all red bottom of eyeball and bloodshot. There’s no lashes, no glue there so wondering what it is ?
She’s tried flushing eye with water and cleansing with michellous water.

I’ve used this glue before lashbase on her as she’s a regular.

Any info would be appreciated, thanks.

Did you use pads under her eyes? I sometimes get red eyes when the pad has moved onto my eyeball when getting them done and hurts if they're rubbed but i've had clients who's eyes go red of the fumes and strength of the glue as well and advise them to take an antihistamine as it could be an allergy to the lint free pads or the glue even if they are used to that glue.

The eyelashes might have come off because her eyes were watering causing the glue not able to bond. I have this with clients and try dabbing around the area to stop them watering.
