If you are looking for LVL itself (the brand training) then I would contact the company directly as they will be able to tell you where they have trainers.
There is also a lot of other brands who offer a similar treatment and there might be trainers near you who offer this?

Just booked the Nouveau LVL course as they were running an offer. I read a lot of posts. It seemed like they are a good lash lifting brand and their brand image will potentially make it easier to get clients as well.
