I've had this a couple of times over the past few years using both ACG/Gelish and Shellac. I've even had the odd one peel right up to the free edge. I have absolutely why that would happen on just 1 finger. Absolutely bizarre, thankfully it's not a regular occurance so just put it down to one of those things.
