Okay so I am trying to find a place where my girlfriend can have her nails done before I propose to her. It's supposed to be a surprize so I can't ask her... I know nothing about nails. My girlfriend is black and so sometimes she doesn't feel comfortable going to any regular place because where I live (in Calgary) you could say there are very few black people so the proffessionals don't have alot of experience with them. ANyways I was wondering if someone could give me some advice of a place in Calgary to book at, what sort of package or whatever I should buy for her... That would be great! Thanks!

I find this post very strange!!
Is Calgary not in Canada and if Im not wrong there are plenty of black people in Canada.
If people are going to be discriminative (Im not suggesting they are but from your post, this may be likely) then they are obviously not professional so dont take her to any of them. However I am sure you will find some lovely ladies (or guys) on here that would love to perform a treatment on your girlfriend even if she is green, purple, has three heads or is black!!
