Making a Toenail

Hi,

I do abit of sport and because I haven't worn the right footware/stress on my toes my right big toenail has fallen off and it looks like my left big toenail is going to come off too!

I was wondering if anyone could advise me on how I go about making a new toenail?

Does anyone know of any tutorials/step by step guide on making toenails, please? My toes look horrible

I cant do links for you or i would have done but Gigi did a great tutorial on making toe nails and it is very easy,
